Social Distancing

Everyone on the news is telling us to practice “social distancing”, but what does that actually mean? Can I still have friends who don’t feel sick over for coffee or have a play date with my neighbour as long as we avoid groups of more than 10? The answer is, to provide the best chance of stopping or slowing the spread of the virus, we all need to stay home and interact only with the people in our household. Even if you don’t have symptoms, you could be spreading the virus so it’s important that we all distance ourselves. Try scheduling a virtual date, or phoning your loved ones to connect.
