Login Process
After downloading your new health storylines app from the Google Play or App store, now it’s time to sign in. Remember, all of your previous credentials and healthcare information will carry over from your previous app!
Step 1
After selecting the ‘Health Storylines’ app from your device’s home screen, you will be guided to the landing page. Select the ‘Login’ button.
Step 2
Enter your previous Health Storylines credentials to access all of your past health information tools as well as use the new features available to you!
